Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

It is with deep sorrow that ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announces the unexpected passing of Danelle Barrett, a valued member of its Board of Directors, on August 26, 2024. Ms. Barrett's dedication and invaluable contributions to the Company will be profoundly missed. The Board and the entire Company extend their heartfelt condolences to the Barrett family during this challenging time.
