Marc H. Schtul has agreed to join
the Board of Directors and has been selected as the Chairman of the
Audit Committee for SUTIMCo International, Inc. Mr. Schtul served
as the President and CEO of the Cherry Creek North Business
Improvement District as well as General Counsel for a large
manufacturing company. In addition, Mr. Schtul has spent several
years working with a number of regional CPA firms and as an
investment consultant at a national financial services firm.
Schtul is a former Certified Public Accountant and currently an
Attorney at Law. Mr. Schtul earned a Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Denver School of Accountancy in 1984
and returned to the University of
Denver, College of Law graduating in 1992. In 2008, Mr.
Schtul helped found Webb & Schtul, LLC, where he serves as the
firm's Director of Litigation Services. In addition to his
responsibilities to the firm and its clients, Mr. Schtul also
serves on a regular basis as an arbitrator for FINRA.
