Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  On March 20, 2008, the Board of Directors of Southwest Casino Corporation awarded an option to purchase 170,000 shares of Southwest Casino Corporation common stock to Mr. Fox, the company's President and COO. The option is immediately exercisable with respect to 25% of the shares subject to the option. The option becomes exercisable with respect to the remaining shares in equal installments on the last day of each fiscal quarter of the company over a three-year period.
