Branch advising that Standard Life Group now holds a material interest of
26,317,770 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 3.005% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company).

The notification was issued pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act
1985 and was dated 16 November 2006.
