Key Highlights for Full Year 2021

-- Group revenue increased to a record EUR 1,521 million (versus EUR 1,105 million Full Year 2020), continuing on a solid growth trajectory

   --    Gross Profit increased to EUR 375 million (versus EUR 306 million Full Year 2020) 
   --    Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 198 million (versus EUR 160 million Full Year 2020)

-- The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR 226 million of cash and cash equivalents

-- With record Q1 2022 earnings reported by MRG's two largest subsidiaries, R-Logitech Group SAM and Metalcorp Group SA, MRG expects a significant increase in consolidated revenue and earnings for full year 2022
