Full Year Trading Update,

Notice of Results and Analyst Meeting

AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, is pleased to announce a trading update in advance of its final results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2016.

The Group has performed well in 2016 and the Board expects to report revenues and profit before tax (excluding share option charge) in line with market forecasts.

Tim Rogers, Managing Director of AB Dynamics, commented: "The Group has continued to perform well in the period with continued year on year growth in both revenues and profits Construction of the new facility is in full progress with completion expected by the Q3 2017, providing us with necessary capacity for future growth."

Notice of Results

ABD will be announcing its Final Results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2016 on Wednesday 16 November 2016.
