Result of Annual General Meeting 
 
The Board of Abbeycrest plc (LSE: ACR) announces that at the Group's Annual 
General Meeting ("AGM") held today in Leeds, all ordinary resolutions numbered 1 
to 7 and special resolution numbered 9 were duly passed by shareholders on a 
show of hands. 
 
Special resolution 8, to empower the directors to allot equity securities for 
cash, was passed by shareholders on a show of hands but subsequently voted down 
on a poll. 
 
Full details of each resolution are set out in the Notice of AGM on page 68 of 
the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010 ("Annual Report") released on 9 
July 2010 and submitted to the UK Listing Authority for inspection at its 
document viewing facility, which is situated at:
