African Eagle announces that the Company has today been notified that on 13 May 2014 Coburg Group plc purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.239p per Ordinary Share.
