Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Jayne Cottam, CFO and PDMR, has
purchased 47,200 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the shareholding requirement
section of the remuneration policy. Following the purchase, the
total beneficial interest of Jayne Cottam and her connected persons
in the Ordinary shares is 90,743 Ordinary Shares. The shares were
purchased in two tranches.
The Notification of Dealing Form for the PDMR can be found
below.
This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation.
