Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that a circular ("Circular") and Notice of General Meeting was posted to Shareholders yesterday. The General Meeting will be held on 25 May 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

The General Meeting is being convened in relation to the Company's recently announced proposed sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, AO Kun-Manie. A copy of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting is available on the Company's website, https://amurminerals.com/ .
