                                 Board Changes


AeroBox plc is pleased to announce that Charles Edwards and Raymond Gibbs have
been appointed Directors of the Company.


In light of the retirement of Bob Bushman, the Board conducted a search for a
new Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") for Aerobox Composite Structures LLC ("ACS")
and concluded that Charles Edwards, the current Chief Operating Officer of ACS,
was best qualified to succeed Bob Bushman as CEO of ACS with immediate effect.


Raymond Gibbs has been appointed as Finance Director to succeed Richard Scott
who is returning to the private equity arena.  Raymond Gibbs is a former Audit,
Advisory, Corporate Recovery and Corporate Finance Partner at Deloitte and
Touche. He was Group Finance Director of Chemring Group PLC and of Image Scan
Holdings plc. He was also CEO of Weston Antennas Limited.


Commenting on the appointments, David Sebire, Chairman, said "I am very pleased
that our search concluded that Charles was the best candidate to assume Bob
Bushman's mantle of CEO at ACS and lead the expansion of ACS into non-aviation
business. I am also delighted to welcome Ray as the new Finance Director. Ray
has extensive experience of working in the US and the Far East in the Aviation
and Military sectors. His significant exposure to young high technology
companies in their formative years will be of immediate benefit to Charles at
ACS."

Charles Harris Wesley Edwards, MBA, aged 54, has held executive positions at
North Carolina Global TransPark Authority and CargoLifter Inc within the last
five years.



Raymond John Gibbs, FCA, aged 50, is currently a director of The EG Partnership
Limited and has held the following directorships within the last six years:



*         Image Scan Holdings plc, and its subsidiary companies, including
3DX-Ray Limited.



*         Microsulis plc, Microsulis Medical Limited and two overseas
subsidiaries Microsulis Corporation and Microsulis Asia Limited. Mr Gibbs
resigned from the Microsulis Group in September 2001. In November 2001 both
Microsulis plc and Microsulis Medical Limited were placed into administration
followed by a creditors voluntary arrangement in January 2002.



*         Weston Antennas Limited (and subsidiary Weston Antennas (USA)) where
the former was placed into administrative receivership in July 2003.



*         An interim director of Stort Valley Coaches Limited from January 2000
until March 2000 which was placed into administrative receivership in January
2001 and subsequently renamed SVC Realisations Limited and,



*         Chemring Group PLC and subsidiary companies.
