Directorate Changes
ATG announces that Breon Corcoran is stepping
down as Chair and non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect in order to focus on other professional and family
commitments, including IG Group where he was appointed Chief
Executive in January 2024. Breon was appointed as Chair of ATG in
2020 and led the Company through its IPO in 2021.
The Board is pleased to announce that, in line
with a succession planning exercise carried out by the Nomination
Committee in consultation with external advisers, Scott Forbes has
been appointed as his successor with immediate effect. Scott is an
experienced Chair with over 30 cumulative years of Board and Chair
experience for digital marketplace businesses in the United Kingdom
and North America. Scott has been ATG's Senior Independent Director
since its IPO.
ATG Audit Committee Chair Suzanne Baxter has
been appointed as Senior Independent Director. Suzanne has
over 18 years' continuous experience as a UK listed company
director, including 11 as an executive and 11 years in a
non-executive capacity. Suzanne joined the board in
2022. The Company is undertaking a process to appoint a new
non-executive director and will update the market on its progress
with this appointment in due course.
The Board would like to thank Breon for his
contribution and dedication to the Company and wishes him well for
the future.
