"Company") announces that on 1 May 2024 it purchased through
Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary
shares for Cancellation at an average price of 701.0728 pence per
share:

will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
