Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, on 6 March 2007 the Company
received notification that each of the following shareholders:

Mrs Grove A&M;

Mrs S E James, and

Mrs A Perham

had an interest in 12 million ordinary shares representing 3.19 per cent. of
the current issued share capital of the Company and that Perenco Oil & Gas had
an interest in 17.25 million shares representing 4.95 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.

In addition, on 19 March 2007 the Company received notification that Addworth
PLC had an interest in 3.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
