TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 9 August 2017 it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.00001 each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at an average price per Ordinary Share of US $1.0325 each under its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 25 May 2017. The highest price paid per Ordinary Share was US $1.0325 and the lowest price paid per Ordinary Share was US $1.0325. Each Ordinary Share repurchased will be held in treasury.

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 2,300,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of US $1.041 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has:

176,398,523 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)

2,300,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury

178,698,523 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares)

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of Shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 176,398,523 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
