Shareholding in Company

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) 5, BPD has
received notifications dated 12 and 13 July 2007 from Lehman Brothers
International (Europe) stating that following acquisitions on 10 and 11 July
2007 respectively their notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of BPD has
increased from below 3% to 7,125,000 shares, which represents 6.67% of BPD's
issued share capital.
