    The Directors of BPD are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the AGM in London today were duly passed.

    BPD, which was incorporated in May 2004 and floated on AIM in January 2005, is an owner and developer of land for commercial use across
Bulgaria, in particular for building distribution centres, retail centres and offices.
    BPD's portfolio currently includes properties in Sofia, Plovdiv, Vidin, Ruse, Bansko and Sandanski.
