              Capital Ideas plc ("Capital Ideas" or "the Company")

              Part Disposal of Investment in Aerodeon Holdings plc


Capital Ideas is pleased to announce that it has disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary
shares in Aerodeon Holdings plc ("Aerodeon") for a total consideration of
#70,000. Aerodeon is the world's leading mobile phone marketing and advertising
agency, specialising in short message service (SMS/Text) marketing for major
blue chip clients.

In February 2006, the Company invested the sum of #50,000 into Aerodeon in
exchange for 4,134,644 ordinary shares. Following the disposal of shares,
Capital Ideas retains the balance of 3,134,644 ordinary shares which has a book
value of #37,907. The profit on disposal is #57,910. The consideration will be
realised in two equal instalments on 18 June 2006 and 18 August 2006.


Commenting on the disposal, Renwick Haddow, Chairman of Capital Ideas said:

"Our investment was part of a fundraising to enable Aerodeon to further expand
and develop the business in new and existing areas. As a result of the increased
value generated, we have been able to realise a healthy gain within a two month
period, together with a further, as yet unrealised, book profit."
