    CBG Group plc ("the Company")

    Issue of Equity

    Application has been made for 3,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the
    Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to the exercise of options
    granted under the Company's share options scheme. Admission is expected to occur on
    4 August 2008. Following admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will
    be 14,099,484 Ordinary Shares.
