solutions to the clinical trials industry announces that Graeme Hart,
Non-executive Director has purchased 32,000 ClinPhone shares at 64p. At the same
time he transferred 495,215 ClinPhone shares from one beneficial account to
another beneficial account.



Mr. Hart currently holds a total of 635,756 shares representing less than 1% of
the Company's issued share capital.
