CarbonDesk Group Plc announces that John Mayhew, Director of the Company, has been granted 852,333 options to subscribe for ordinary shares each in the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Company's Unapproved Long Term Incentive Plan, details of which can be found in the Company's Re-Admission document, dated 28 January 2009.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the announcement.
