China Wonder announces that, on 22 January 2011, it received notification that, following the acquisition of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 21p per share on 19 January 2011 and 100,000 Ordinary Shares at the same price on 21 January 2011, Mrs Emma Roebuck is now interested in 650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
