The Board of DCI has received notification on 31 July 2023 that Mr Jake Hurst, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Mr Sean Hurst, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of GBP0.0419 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Jake Hurst has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.006 % of the Company's issued share capital.
