The Company was notified on 21 September 2007 that Mr P A Rooney had purchased
on 17 September 2007 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company and on 20 September
2007 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, both at a price of  0.182p, bringing his total
holding to 35,000,000 shares representing 15.78% of the Company's total voting
rights.
