ESPP Share Dealings

Eckoh plc (AIM:ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, today announces that on 30 November 2023 the Group's US Employee Share Purchase Plan ("ESPP") purchased 53,835 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of approximately 36.0 pence per Share.

Following settlement of the above purchase of Shares for the ESPP, it will hold a total of 186,914 Shares, equivalent to 0.064 per cent. of the Share capital of Eckoh.

Chrissie Herbert is a member of the Committee that administers the ESPP.
