CONVERSION OF SHARES - CONVERSION RATIOS

On 19 August 2016, the Company announced that its board of directors had resolved to invoke the provisions of the Company's articles of association regarding conversion of shares, such that all C Shares, D Shares, E Shares, F Shares and G Shares in the capital of the Company would be converted to I Shares on 16 September 2016, such conversion to be calculated by reference to the net asset value per share of each relevant share class as at 19 August 2016 and the shareholdings reflected on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 26 August 2016, and with any C Shares, D Shares, E Shares, F Shares or G Shares which are not thereby converted to I Shares being converted to deferred shares in the capital of the Company (the "Conversion").

Based on the net asset values per C Share, D Share, E Share, F Share and G Share as at 19 August 2016, in each case relative to the net asset value per I Share as at that date, the ratios to be used by the Company in effecting the Conversion are as follows:

As fractions of shares cannot be held, where the application of the relevant ratio above results in a fractional I Share or deferred share entitlement, that shareholding will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of I Shares or deferred shares, as the case may be.

The Company will announce the results of the Conversion once it has taken place.
