Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the
owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK,
announces that it has posted to Shareholders a circular and notice
of general meeting (each the "Circular" and the "Notice") to be
held at 11:00 a.m. on 21 December 2016 at the offices of Jefferies
International Limited, Vintners Place, 68 Upper Thames Street,
London EC4V 3BJ (the "GM").
The GM has been convened in order for Shareholders to consider
and, if thought fit, to approve certain amendments to the
Investment Policy together with the introduction of a new executive
management long-term incentive plan and new Directors' Remuneration
Policy, details of which are set out in the Circular.
Copies of the Circular and Notice will be available on the
Company's website at www.empiric.co.uk and will be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
