Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Establishment Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 19 August 2016, Mr Harry Wells transferred 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company held in the Pauline Lamb Grandchildren's Trust to his SIPP account held with Hargreave Hale Nominees. The transfer took place at a price of 187.5p per ordinary share.

Mr Wells is a director of the Company. Mr Wells continues to hold an aggregate beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 30,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.15% of the Company's shares in issue.
