Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant
to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on
19 June 2022 to make market purchases of its own Ordinary shares,
it repurchased 32,065 2021 Shares at a price of USD 0.54 per Share, to be held in treasury,
on 26 March 2024.
This represents approximately 0.008
per cent of the Company's current issued
Shares.
Following this transaction, the
Directors of the Company wish to announce that the total number of

2021 Shares and Realisation Shares
each carry one vote per share held (excluding Shares held in

they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
