Trading Update



The Food & Drink Group plc has seen a continued strong performance through the
critical December trading period. Like-for-like sales for the first 15 weeks of
the current financial year are 7.0% ahead of last year.  This strengthening of
like-for-like sales has been delivered through an expected increase in revenue
from function bookings coupled with strong underlying trading, particularly in
the lead up to Christmas.
