     Pure Entertainment Games PLC ("Pure Entertainment" or "the Company")

Pure Entertainment links with Gaming Internet plc to offer sports games and an
                                online casino

Pure Entertainment has reached agreement with AIM listed Gaming Internet plc,
the Internet based casino, sports and gaming website, to offer a selection of
browser based sports games and an online casino as part of the freeloader.com
website.


The deal comes in two main parts:

Firstly, Pure Entertainment will host five 'free to play' browser-based games,
supplied by SportsMAD, a division of Gaming Internet plc, on its
freeloader.com website. Once users think they have practised enough they can
link through to the SportsMAD website and for a small charge play to win cash
prizes. Freeloader.com will receive a percentage of receipts associated with
the users it brings to SportsMAD.

Secondly freeloader.com will offer a download of Gaming Internet plc's
ZapCasino online gambling product. Freeloader.com will receive a percentage of
the takings associated with the users it brings to ZapCasino. Data provided by
freeloader.com's own profiling engine has identified that of the 10,000
freeloader users surveyed, more than 50% have placed a bet at one time or
another.



Harry Holmwood, Chief Executive of Pure Entertainment, commented:

excellent new content for our site that will extend our appeal to an even
wider audience. We also get a second and proven revenue stream in the form of
online gambling and betting which will compliment the revenues we receive from
our unique targeted advertising."



Background:

A report by the investment firm of Bear Stearns estimates online gambling has
total annual revenues of $12.5 billion and will produce $2.3 billion in
