          Directorate - Appointment of Group Finance Director

Gaming Internet announces the appointment of Ian Dennis Hayes as group Finance
Director with immediate effect.

Ian Hayes, ACA, 36, joins the company from Viatel Inc, a telecommunications
business with fibre optic network, providing voice and data services.  Prior
appointments include Head of European Finance of Reuters subsidiary, Tibco
Finance Technologies Inc and over five years with Standard & Poor's Rating
Services based in London and AT&T.

Ian Hayes was articled with Reeves & Neylan Chartered Accountants in
Canterbury before moving to Coopers & Lybrand in London as a qualified
accountant in 1989.

Mr Hayes has confirmed that this announcement includes all the information
required to be disclosed under paragraph 16.8(e) of the AIM admission rules.
