Proposed Board Changes

The Company announces the following proposed changes to its Board of Directors.

The intention is that Sean O'Brien will be appointed to the Board of the Company as a non-independent non-executive Director, representing the interests of the Company's largest shareholder, Mardasa Nominees Pty Ltd, which has notified a 29.70 per cent shareholding in the Company.

A further announcement regarding these proposed changes will be made in due course.

There is no additional disclosure to be made in respect of Sean O'Brien pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
