GVM Metals Limited ("the Company") announces that on 8 and 9 November 2007
Nonkqubela Noloyiso Mazwai, deputy managing director of the Company, sold 57,496
and 123,750 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for A$83,413 and
A$184,782 respectively.


Following these sales, Nonkqubela Noloyiso Mazwai has a direct and indirect
interest in 26,093,649 Ordinary Shares representing 12.0 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


In addition, on 8 and 9 November 2007 Nchakha Darius Moloi, non-executive
director of the Company, sold 70,275 and 151,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company
for A$101,952 and A$225,845 respectively.


Following these sales, Nchakha Darius Moloi has a direct and indirect interest
in 28,776,166 Ordinary Shares representing 13.3 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
