Directorate change

Further to its announcement of 20 September 2007, the Company announces that Mr
Ron Williams has resigned as Chairman of the Board and as a Director of the
Company with effect from 30 September 2007. The Board is grateful to him for
his support and advice since his appointment. Mr Robert Rickman, Non-Executive
Director, replaces Mr Williams as Chairman of the Company.
