The amounts provided to the Board of Directors in respect of
total assets and total liabilities are measured in a manner
consistent with that of the consolidated financial statements.
These assets and liabilities are allocated based on the operations
of the segment and the physical location of the asset. As all
assets and liabilities have been allocated to the reportable
segments, reconciliations of reportable segments assets to total
assets, and of reportable segments liabilities to total
liabilities, are not presented.

The Group's revenues are primarily generated from property
assets which are held by Group companies domiciled in the same
country as the relevant asset is located. The breakdown of the
major components of revenue from external customers by country is
disclosed above.
Rental income is derived from a large number of tenants although
two single tenants contribute more than 31.45% of the Group's
rental income (2013: 29.96%)

30. Assets held for sale
As at 30 September 2014, only one asset, Heusenstamm, located
individually in Germany was held for sale following completion of
contractual commitments to sell. As at 30 September 2013, there
were no assets held for sale.

31. Commitments
Interest cap hedge/Preference dividend
The Company has entered into interest rate caps to hedge its
exposure to interest rate increases above 1% EURIBOR over the next
three years (1 cap until 25/07/2015 and another until
30/04/2017).
Under the terms of the new debt, a cash sweep will be applied to
the Company's income prior to the Step-Down Event (note 2.2). As a
consequence, no distributions to ordinary or preference
shareholders can be made for the duration of the cash sweep, with
the preference share dividend therefore being accrued. The Company
regards making the repayments necessary to eliminate the cash sweep
as an objective of the highest priority (see note 24)
32. Contingent assets or liabilities
Certain subsidiaries of the Group are involved in litigation
resulting from operating activities. These legal disputes and
claims for damages are routine resulting from the normal course of
business. None of these legal disputes and claims is expected to
have a material effect on the balance sheet, the result or
liquidity of the Group.
