IFG Group plc announces that on 12 September 2017 it granted nil
cost options of 462,014 ordinary shares of EUR0.12 each in the
Company to employees and Directors under the terms of the 2015
Share Option Plan, 362,014 options were granted to PDMRs as
detailed below.
