Intuitive Investments Group plc (AIM: IIG) ("IIG" or the "Company"), a closed-end investment company focussed on the life sciences sector, has invested GBP150,407 to acquire 50 million ordinary shares of Yourgene Health plc (AIM: YGEN) ("Yourgene") at a price of 0.3 pence per share. IIG holds 51,584,920 ordinary shares of Yourgene in total.

Julian Baines, Chairman of IIG and Robert Naylor, CEO of IIG, have holdings of 5,000,000 ordinary shares and 33,497,789 ordinary shares in Yourgene respectively .
