of Annual Report and AGM Notice
Intuitive Investments Group plc
(SFM: IIG) ("IIG" or the "Company"), the closed-end investment
company focussed on fast growing and high potential opportunities
in the Technology, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors,
confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM"), form of proxy and Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 September 2023 have been posted to
shareholders.

Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the

The resolutions being proposed at
the AGM include a proposed 10 existing ordinary shares for 1 new
ordinary share consolidation of the share capital of the
Company.
The Company's AGM will be held at
the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street,
London EC1A 4HD at 10:00 a.m. on 29 February 2024, as an in-person
meeting.
Shareholder participation and
