i(x) Net Zero investment Enphys Acquisition Corp. Completes Third Extension for Initial Business Combination

i(x) Net Zero PLC (AIM: IX.), the investing company which focuses on the Energy Transition, announces that, further to the announcement on 7 May 2024, Enphys Acquisition Corp. ("Enphys") held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 June 2024, at which shareholders agreed to extend the time by which Enphys has to consummate an initial business combination from 8 June 2024 to 8 December 2024.
