The Company announces that it has today purchased 76,121
ordinary shares into Treasury at 387.40 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 55,163,561 shares in
Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury
shares is 226,470,349. The Company will only re-issue shares held
in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
