The Board is pleased to announce that the special resolution to place the Company into members' voluntary liquidation was voted on a poll and approved by the Company's shareholders at the Second General Meeting held earlier today and Patrick Brazzill and Richard Barker, both of Ernst & Young LLP of 1 More London Place, London SE1 2AF, have been appointed as liquidators.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listings and admissions to trading of each of the Reclassified Shares to be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on 30 December 2016.
