    Proposed cancellation of AIM admission

    Medsea Estates Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: MEA), the Mediterranean-based property group, announces that it has resolved to seek
shareholder approval for the cancellation of the Company's AIM admission. A circular to shareholders giving the background to and details of
the proposed cancellation and convening a general meeting will be despatched at the time of the announcement of the results for the six
months ended 30 June 2008. If the cancellation is approved, it will not take effect until at least five business days after the shareholder
meeting.
