                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings

The Company was notified on 12 December 2007 that, on the same day, Peter Strom,
a director of the Company, acquired 7,700 common shares ("Common Shares") in the
Company at a price of C$9.69 per Common Share. The Company was also notified on
13 December 2007 that, on the same day, Peter Strom acquired 6,900 Common Shares
in the Company at a price of C$9.82. As a result of these acquisitions, Peter
Strom has a resultant beneficial interest of 23,650 Common Shares, which
represents 0.138% of the current issued share capital.
