('Metrodome', 'the Group', or the 'Company')

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that each of the following directors has acquired further ordinary shares in the Company.

Steve Winetroube has acquired a further 1,875,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2p per share as part of the placing announced this morning. Following this transaction Mr Winetroube holds 2,875,000 shares representing approximately 1% of the Company.

Deborah Brown has acquired a further 600,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2p per share as part of the placing announced this morning. Following this transaction Ms Brown holds 1,000,000 shares representing approximately 0.36% of the Company.

In addition, Mark Webster has converted GBP400,000 of convertible loan notes into ordinary shares at 2p per share representing 20,000,000 shares. Following this conversion Mr Webster now owns 43,738,458 shares representing approximately 15.59% of the Company.
