                                  Contract Win

Mediasurface plc (the "Company"), the leading AIM listed content management
provider, announces that the Company has won a new contract with Citigroup for
an intranet solution for their Corporate and Investment Banking group across
EMEA. The deal includes Mediasurface Content Management software, support and
our innovative Morello product.

The deal, worth in excess of #500,000 will contribute over #400,000 in this
financial year. This represents a major win for the Company and has considerable
future potential.
