Director/PDMR Shareholdings
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading UK marketing and services business
focused on the consumer legal market, has been informed that
in order to fund the cost and tax liabilities arising from the
recent exercise of options, James Saralis (Group
Chief Executive) has sold a total of 150,623 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average
price of 69.4p per Ordinary Share. James Saralis has subsequently
repurchased a total of 34,871 Ordinary Shares into his ISA at an
average price of 67.6p. Following these transactions, James
Saralis' beneficial shareholding in the Company is 255,150 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.54% of the Company's issued
share capital.
Chris Higham (Group Chief Financial
Officer) has today completed a transfer into CREST of 62,501
Ordinary Shares. Following this transfer, Chris Higham's beneficial
interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at
248,434 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.52% of the
Company's issued share capital.
