prominent music rights holders and represents a vast repertoire of
works from some of the music industry's most recognisable names.
Over the last three years, MelodyVR has worked with 539 well-known
artists to create the world's largest library of original VR
content. Today's agreement with ARESA further enhances our
opportunities for the distribution and monetisation of our vast
library of content and further extends our market-leading position
as the world's only licensed VR music platform.
With technology companies such as Facebook, Google, HTC,
Samsung, Sony PlayStation and Microsoft all marketing competing VR
hardware, we expect to see consumer adoption of VR devices grow
significantly in the run-up to Christmas 2017 and beyond. As more
devices reach consumers and demand for virtual reality
entertainment increases, we remain extremely confident in the
global appeal of our content as well in the success of our virtual
reality music platform.
With the launch of the MelodyVR platform approaching, we
continue to work with our partners such as Warner Music Group,
Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment, to create even
more ground-breaking VR experiences with their leading rosters of
chart-topping artists."
