                           Appointment of Director

Pursuit Dynamics plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen William
Mahon to the Board as Commercial Director, and the full-time appointment of Gary
Pyle as Chief Financial Officer.

Stephen (aged 35) was formerly Marketing Director of Sentec Ltd, a high growth
technology venturing firm. Stephen joined Pursuit Dynamics plc on 21 July 2003.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to Stephen Mahon under
Schedule 2 paragraph (f) of the AIM rules.
