Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI)
today announces the Completion of the acquisition of
Tellworth Investments LLP, the
details of which are as described in the announcement of 1 November
2023, and therefore its intention to allot
new shares in the capital of the Company in fulfilment of the
Initial Consideration that falls due.
An application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for 4,167,532, new ordinary
shares of 0.02 pence each (the 'New Shares') to be admitted to
trading on AIM (the 'Admission'). It is expected that Admission
will be effective on or around 8am GMT on Monday 5 February
2024. At Admission, the New
Shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.
Total Voting
Rights
Following Admission of the New
Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
162,080,567 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in
treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company will be 162,080,567, being the denominator for Shareholders
to calculate their interest in, or changes to their interest in the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
